A Key Golf EssentialÂ
One of the key foundations of an efficient golf swing is the ability to properly get the club back. When the body lacks the mobility needed to do this, swing compensations can show up — including sliding, swaying, loss of posture, and other common swing faults.

When we can’t get the club back effectively, there is often a tendency to swing harder in an attempt to create more club speed. Unfortunately, this can lead to inconsistency, reduced power, erratic shots, and increased stress on the body.
That’s where The Back Nine Project comes in.

To create a smooth, powerful backswing, your body needs mobility in several key areas: hip rotation, low back rotation, mid-back rotation, neck rotation, and shoulder motion. Each of these regions plays an important role in helping you move efficiently, generate power, and protect your body throughout the swing.

As a gift, try these few exercises to help you get started. Your membership will take a deeper dive into each of these areas — and more — to help you move better, swing better, and stay on the course longer.
